FSSAI stopped being an occasional headline sometime in July and became a standing weekly presence. Tracked end to end, the pattern is a clear escalation: informal notices first, then formal orders, then prohibition orders against brands that don't fall in line, then legal challenges back, then the first time litigation has actually produced a result, a court stay, and now a shift from labelling disputes to hygiene and facility violations, a harder line to argue around.
